Getting Started

What is VastlyFUSION?

VastlyFUSION is an all-in-one digital experience platform designed for Facilitators—such as associations, community banks and credit unions, franchisors, growth and advisory firms, manufacturers, media and publishing organizations—to manage communities, monetize engagement, and scale faster through dashboards, communities, and a built-in marketplace.

How do I set up my organization profile?

Once logged in, go to the Admin Panel > Organization Settings to upload your logo, define your community name, and configure visibility settings. Step-by-step instructions are available in the Getting Started Guide.

How do I invite team members or community users?

Navigate to Users > Invite, and choose a role (Admin, Manager, Member, or Guest). You can send invitations via email or generate a custom invite link.

What browsers or devices are supported?

VastlyFUSION works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. It’s optimized for desktop and mobile (iOS and Android).

Dashboard

How do I access my dashboard?

After login, click on “Dashboard” from the left panel. You’ll land on your main metrics page with customizable widgets and usage data.

Can I customize my dashboard layout?

Yes. You can drag and drop widgets, toggle data types, and select date ranges using the controls in the top right of your dashboard.

What do theFooter dashboard insights mean?

Insights include engagement metrics, member activity, top marketplace products, and financial tools usage. Hover over any metric for definitions or click to drill down.

Marketplace

How do I list a product or service?

Head to Marketplace > Add Custom Product Listing. Provide product details, pricing, images, and payment options. Listings are subject to review before publishing.

How do transactions work?

Members or users can purchase directly via embedded checkout. Payments can be processed via card, ACH, or BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) if enabled.

Can I offer financing or promotions?

Yes. Enable embedded finance tools under Marketplace Settings > Finance Products to offer lending and credit or branded card promos.

Community & Engagement

How do I create or manage groups?

Go to Community > Manage Groups. You can create public or private groups, assign moderators, and control who can post or join.

Can I post updates or announcements?

Yes. Use the Community Feed or the Announcements section to broadcast updates to all members or segmented groups.

What roles can moderate a group?

Admins and designated Community Managers can approve posts, remove comments, or manage group settings.

User Roles & Permissions

What are the different user roles?

Roles include: Admin – full access Manager – manage users, dashboard, and marketplace Member – limited access based on community rules Guest – view-only access

How do I change someone’s permissions?

Go to Users > Manage Roles, select the user, and assign a new role. Changes take effect immediately.

Can members self-register?

Yes, if your community is set to "Open." You can manage registration settings under Admin > Access Control.

Billing & Account Management

Where can I update my payment method?

Navigate to Billing > Payment Settings, where you can update credit card or ACH details.

How do I view past invoices?

Go to Billing > Invoices to download or view all billing history.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Click Billing > Plans & Usage and select a new tier. Changes will be reflected on your next billing cycle.

Support & Troubleshooting

How do I submit a support ticket?

Visit VastlyFUSION Support Center. Click on the submit a ticket button, fill in your details, select a category, and describe your issue. Our support team typically responds within 24 hours.

What’s the response time for support?

Most tickets receive an initial response within 1 business day. Critical or high-priority tickets are escalated automatically.

How do I reset my password?

From the login screen, click “Forgot Password.” If logged in, go to Account > Security to change your password.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure on VastlyFUSION?

Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption, secure AWS hosting, and role-based access control.

Can I restrict access to certain features?

Yes. Use Admin > Permissions to restrict modules by user role.

How do I manage user authentication?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) and SSO (Single Sign-On) are available under Security Settings.
